📋 Description
• work with the Child Care Aware Manager to provide Child Care Aware services for Dakota, Scott, and Carver counties • provide direct supervision of the Child Care Aware Specialists • manage work schedule, oversee work, employee development and build a strong and effective team • assist with recruiting activities to engage participants in the Parent Aware program in all three counties • complete and maintain accurate paperwork and tools to help monitor progress and measure outcomes for Parent Aware Program
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, Parent Education, Human and Family Support Services or a similar degree • at least 2 years' experience in the early childhood industry • at least 1 year of supervising a team preferred
