• As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for signing new logos within the French market. • You will be part of a team of five Account Executives who are working toward ambitious targets in 2026. • The role involves managing opportunities from demo through to close, contributing to responses to requests for proposals, expanding your network with HR and training decision-makers, and developing the most effective sales strategies to win deals. • 360Learning is committed to providing fulfilling career paths; after 2–3 years of sustained success this role can lead to opportunities in other functions within the organization.
• 3+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally in the SaaS industry, or significant experience in strategy consulting • Proven experience delivering complex software/platform demos as part of the sales process • Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at all levels • Excellent active listening skills and a collaborative, team-player attitude • Basic knowledge of HR culture is a plus • Native French speaker with professional working proficiency in English (B2 or equivalent) • Enthusiasm for our working environment explained here: https://bit.ly/Convexity360L
