📋 Description

• Generate opportunities from high-potential accounts • Develop personalized outreach strategies for target personas • Create and qualify cold outbound leads • Reach out to potential customers via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn • Identify customer pain points and understand their context • Evangelize collaborative learning in the market • Collaborate with coaches and marketing/sales teams

🎯 Requirements

• 9–12+ months' experience meeting targets as a BDR or SDR targeting the enterprise market (5,000–30,000 employees) in a B2B SaaS environment • Experience in outbound and/or account-based marketing • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Passion for learning and education • Preferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong • Master’s degree in a related field is a bonus
