📋 Description
• Responsibility for all operational HR activities (recruiting, employee support, administration, etc.) • Build, develop and lead the HR department with a focus on sustainable structures and processes • Strategically advance the HR organization in line with our company goals • Design and implement measures to improve employee retention, development and satisfaction • Advise and act as a sparring partner to executive management on all HR-related matters • Promote a trusting and open corporate culture
🎯 Requirements
• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification • Minimum 15 years' professional experience in HR, with several years in a leadership role • Proven experience in building or transforming HR structures • Comprehensive knowledge of labor law, talent development and change management • High level of empathy, strong communication skills and a commercial/entrepreneurial mindset • Enthusiasm for working with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and a passion for shaping pragmatic, people-centered structures
