• Own client performance across marketplace platforms • Lead a team of Executives and Associates, driving daily execution and planning • Ensure client success through communication, reviews, and strategic inputs • Drive experimentation and process improvements across accounts • Collaborate with creative, BD, and client teams for impactful delivery
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing • At least 2 years in Marketplace ads (Amazon/Flipkart/Quick Commerce) • Prior experience managing a team or Associates • Strong analytical and execution mindset • Excellent communication and planning skills
