📋 Description

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from opening a role to issuing the offer • Work with key recruitment metrics (time to hire, offer conversion rate, etc.), continuously improving process quality and efficiency • Manage searches for both technical and non-technical roles, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer • Design and execute scalable recruitment processes, operating as the sole owner of the recruitment function • Partner with Hiring Managers and cross-functional teams to run end-to-end hiring campaigns, supporting decision-making with reliable data and market insights • Act as a driver of change — navigate complex environments, initiate challenging conversations, and consistently act in the best interest of the organization. Operate as a problem solver and force multiplier, removing blockers and delivering high-value hires.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced tech environments with a strong track record in global hiring across multiple levels • Proven experience in hiring candidates for both technical and non-technical roles in the crypto or fintech domain • Outstanding communication skills with a strong solution-oriented mindset • Excellent project and time management skills that allow for clarity and alignment of multiple senior stakeholders during complex talent searches • Deep knowledge of executive recruitment sourcing strategies and ability to nurture a passive candidate talent pool.
