• Review current leave processes in preparation for Minnesota PFML requirements • Explore leveraging the SAP FMLA Workbench to streamline leave processes • Collaborate with Leaves Department and Payroll for improved efficiency and compliance • Request access and guidance on using SAP FMLA Workbench
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with SAP HR/PAYROLL • Knowledge of Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) requirements • Familiarity with SAP FMLA Workbench • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with Leaves Department
