📋 Description

• Grow the 3i community and drive new member growth in Singapore • Source introductions from members, conduct membership conversations, and guide prospective members through references and invitation • Own onboarding so new members quickly access the platform, events, and member connections • Ensure members receive value through relevant deals, events, and introductions • Conduct prepared quarterly conversations with every member recruited • Partner with the investment team to connect members with suitable deals • Identify event themes, curate attendees, and host dinners and larger events in the Singapore market • Log every conversation in HubSpot and record every call on Gong • Report to the Executive Director for the region

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally while carrying a quota • Experience with sophisticated buyers helps but is not required • Comfortable asking members for introductions and prospective members to join • Willingness to receive coaching and act on specific, direct feedback • Internally motivated and able to work independently • Curious, takes notes, and asks probing follow-up questions • Credible with accomplished people • Executive presence is required • Ability to move with urgency and meet high standards
