• Lead spec-in activities for DMSD (optical sheets)/ EMSD (tape/adhesive/EMI/EMC solutions) products with key customers • Manage business discussions and commercial negotiations • Handle customer complaints and coordinate internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts • Support demand forecasting and provide market insights
• Experience in the consumer electronics and display industry • Proven sales background with demonstrated negotiation achievements • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-culture and cross-regional teams
