📋 Description

• Develop, drive and manage EMSD channel activities; establish and enforce channel strategy to stimulate sales growth. • Collaborate with Sales Manager, Channel Manager and Territory Sales Reps to drive strategy across the channel and internal organization • Create, implement and manage action plans for assigned distributors; Including sales promotions, training programs, inventory management • Identify and define significant market/account opportunities to meet sales growth objectives • Train and coach channel and territory sales reps.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) • Five (5) years of Interconnect, Electronics channel, or distribution experience in a private, public, government or military environment • Current, valid driver's license • Has intimate knowledge of Interconnect/Electronics business and customers • Strong Problem-solving capabilities including hypothetical thinking to determine best solutions for complex problems.
