• Driving sales and building the opportunity pipeline with top targeted energy companies globally • Collaborating with area commercial center teams to ensure sales support for key accounts • Consolidating sales and demand forecasts from area commercial teams for targeted key accounts • Setting the strategic commercial direction for potentially multiple key accounts • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty • Developing and executing strategies to meet the specific needs of key accounts • Addressing any issues or concerns that arise, ensuring prompt resolutions to maintain key account's satisfaction • Setting the “gold standard” for key account management • Identifying opportunities and spec-in & lock in future sales to drive revenue growth • Possessing an understanding of key account customer’s entire supply chain
• Bachelor’s degree of higher (completed and verified prior to start) • Six (6) years of experience in sales or key accounts in a private, public, government or military environment • Current, valid Driver’s License. • Strong interpersonal skills • Experience in working with government or semi-government agencies • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and global teams • Familiar with CCUS, underground Hydrogen storage, Geothermal applications • Experience in plastics processing industry including polymer processing additives, compounding and extrusion processes • Experience in creating annual account growth plans & working with Salesforce • Experience in either the Oil & Gas Industry or with integrated energy companies
