📋 Description

• Work closely with the National Fire Manager and their team of field Fire Specialists and Field Service Technicians to drive efficient growth in the fire service market. • Create a plan that will enable enhanced relationships with customers located in the Central region of the US. • Drive service programs that will ensure total customer satisfaction with after-sales support and in the promotion of future sales opportunities for 3M Scott Fire and Safety. • Set and achieve sales goals for the Central team. • Maximize field sales and service productivity through targeted performance benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) • Ten (10) combined years of Industrial Fire and/or Municipal Fire Service sales management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. • Current, valid Driver’s License if a company car is offered for this position.
