📋 Description

• Implement and refine quality assurance strategies • Manage the design, development, and execution of testing frameworks • Lead the application and optimization of automation frameworks • Act as a liaison between the QA team and other departments • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement • Identify and lead initiatives to improve QA processes • Share insights on QA technologies and methodologies • Provide expert QA guidance in project planning and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s or advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the IT field • 4+ years of leadership experience in QA roles • Expertise in QA automation frameworks and tools (e.g. Appium, EggPlant) • Advanced project management skills • Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and collaboration • Solid experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and DevOps methodologies • Strong business acumen • Exceptional problem-solving skills • Highly developed communication skills
