📋 Description

• Define the product vision, objectives, and positioning, keeping the roadmap aligned with the corporate strategy • Gather and document business requirements, creating User Stories, epics, and acceptance criteria (PBB, PBI) • Manage the backlog using data and prioritization frameworks such as RICE, ICE, and MoSCoW • Plan releases and oversee execution with technical teams, managing timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies • Lead the Discovery, development, and product evolution phases • Monitor product KPIs and OKRs, reporting status and results to leadership • Act as a bridge between internal departments, external stakeholders, and product teams • Coordinate Go-to-Market strategies and launches, gathering post-launch feedback • Collaborate with UX Designers and Engineering to validate hypotheses, technical feasibility, and usability

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience managing products end to end (Discovery and Delivery) and using agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) • Analytical skills for interpreting metrics and KPIs and validating hypotheses • Conceptual understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies to communicate effectively with the engineering team • Experience validating and writing technical and business requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management or a postgraduate degree in Digital Products (required) • Intermediate-level English proficiency (working knowledge and fluency) • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Google Drive • Experience with Figma, Miro, and FigJam • Familiarity with Slack, Discord, and Google Meet • Industry certifications, such as PM3 or CSPO, are a plus • Previous experience as a Product Manager at platform companies or SaaS product organizations is a plus • Knowledge of business models (B2B, B2C, SaaS), pricing, and competitive analysis is a plus • Experience with Go-to-Market, Business Case development, and ROI/economic feasibility analysis is a plus • Knowledge of software engineering is a plus
