• Conduct sales meetings: Hold meetings with clients (on average 4–5 per day) to identify client needs, present our best solution, and create strong interest in our offering; • Client relationship management: Maintain close relationships with clients, answer questions, overcome objections, and seek a clear "yes" or "no" on our proposal; • CRM updates and management: Record interactions and lead statuses, maintaining accurate control of the sales funnel; • Participation in training and development: Continuously develop by attending trainings and improving skills that increase conversion rates; • Team support and process improvement: Provide the team with insights on leads, assist in preparing sales strategies, and suggest improvements to the commercial process; • Availability for occasional travel to attend in-person events.
