🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in creative strategy for Meta Ads at an agency or e-commerce brand (or exceptional talent with a killer portfolio) • Direct response copywriting skills • Ability to write compelling, high-converting scripts • Creativity combined with a performance-driven mindset • ROI-focused approach to testing new ideas • Ownership and drive • Ability to work independently without close supervision • Commitment to continuous improvement • Team spirit and a sense of humor
