📋 Description

• Oversee and execute the strategic direction of the company's retail real estate portfolio • Manage acquisition and negotiation of complex leases • Identify and evaluate potential retail locations based on market analysis • Negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and renewals • Perform financial analysis and due diligence on new properties • Conduct market research on retail property trends • Develop and execute a real estate strategy • Prepare reports and updates for senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's 4-year degree • 5+ years of relevant work experience • 2+ years of management experience • Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills • Knowledge of Real Estate Development and site selection • Understanding of commercial leases and property management • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities • Excellent communication and presentation skills
