📋 Description

• Conduct the onboarding process for CLT employees and the contracting of PJ service providers, ensuring document compliance and adherence to deadlines; • Execute termination procedures for CLT employees and contract terminations for PJ providers, ensuring alignment with legal and internal policies; • Manage and control vacation requests, leaves and absences, keeping the HR system updated and communicating with relevant stakeholders; • Monitor and record internal movements, position changes and employee confirmations; • Oversee the electronic timekeeping system, ensuring correct recording of working hours, addressing inconsistencies and ensuring compliance with labor legislation; • Process benefits payments and labor-related payments in coordination with the finance team; • Conduct studies and analyses of benefits, proposing improvements and optimizations focused on cost-effectiveness and employee well-being; • Review payroll prepared by the accounting firm, ensuring the accuracy of amounts and information; • Verify invoices from PJ service providers for payment processing; • Monitor union-related matters, collective bargaining agreements and negotiations, ensuring compliance with labor obligations; • Promote continuous improvement of Personnel/Human Resources processes and benefits management; • Actively participate in team projects and initiatives, contributing an integrated and strategic HR perspective.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in Personnel/HR routines; • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation; • Experience with payroll systems; • Proficiency in payroll calculations, vacation pay, 13th salary (annual bonus), terminations and related charges; • Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters); • Experience with the Onvio system is a plus.
