âą You will manage a portfolio of client accounts from strategy through optimization âą Develop paid advertising strategies for new client campaigns âą Build, launch, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns âą Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead quality, CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS âą Conduct audience, creative, and offer testing to improve campaign performance âą Analyze campaign data and proactively identify opportunities for growth âą Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages, creative assets, and overall marketing strategy âą Communicate campaign performance and recommendations internally âą Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met âą Track projects and campaign progress using Monday.com âą Collaborate daily with teammates through Slack
âą 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads âą Experience generating leads for local businesses (healthcare, legal, home services, or similar industries preferred) âą Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads âą Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously âą Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions âą Excellent communication and organizational skills âą Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment âą Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning âą Bonus Points: Experience with GoHighLevel, Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, or Conversion API âą Experience working inside marketing agencies
