• Onboard new clients and collaborate on offer development and ad strategy • Communicate campaign strategy and set clear expectations with clients • Launch, manage, and optimize paid social and paid search campaigns • Monitor performance, analyze data, and report insights internally • Coordinate with team members via Slack • Manage account-related projects using Monday.com • Oversee and optimize campaigns across a portfolio of active client accounts
• 3+ years of experience running Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads (TikTok Ads experience is a plus) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Clear written and verbal communication • Experience working with lead generation funnels • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment • Reliable, self-directed, and interested in long-term growth
