📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth by converting inbound trial users into customers • Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound trial users • Make 50-70+ outbound calls daily to engage trial users • Keep an organized pipeline by maintaining accurate records in Salesforce • Leverage sales tools like Outreach, Zoom, Vidyard, and Salesforce to connect with prospects • Qualify and prioritize leads for Account Executives • Deliver personalized follow-ups to increase engagement • Continuously improve outreach strategies based on performance data

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of cold calling or outbound sales experience, with a proven ability to engage and convert prospects • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to successfully engage prospects • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly • Proven track record of success, whether through sales achievements, competitive performance, or goal-driven results • Previous experience working in the restaurant or tech industry (preferred) • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) or sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach) (preferred) • Familiarity with the 7shifts product (preferred)
