• Design and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce Core and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) • Develop OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors/Data Mappers, and FlexCards • Develop custom functionality using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce • Configure and optimize Vlocity CPQ including Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), product modeling, pricing rules, promotions, and guided selling • Implement and manage Vlocity Order Management including order capture, decomposition, orchestration, and fulfillment lifecycle • Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) • Build high-performance Integration Procedures for real-time and batch integrations • Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable data flows across enterprise systems • Optimize Salesforce and OmniStudio solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning • Implement AI-enabled automation and intelligent process enhancements where applicable
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 3+ years of Salesforce Core development experience • 1+ years of Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) experience including OmniStudio, CPQ, and Order Management • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce • Hands-on expertise in OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors/Data Mappers, and FlexCards • Experience configuring and optimizing Vlocity CPQ including Enterprise Product Catalog and pricing frameworks • Experience implementing Vlocity Order Management including decomposition and orchestration • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware
