• Own execution and follow-through by translating leadership priorities into clear actions • Support founder decision-making through structured research, analysis, and concise recommendations • Act as a communication extension of C-level executives • Build and maintain lightweight systems and trackers (e.g., Notion, Google Sheets, CRM) • Support business development, fundraising, and financial planning • Provide executive-level operational support, including calendar, inbox, meetings, and travel coordination • Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+) • Ability to work aligned with US business hours (East and/or West Coast) • Proven ability to organize work, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced startup environment • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills • High level of ownership, reliability, and follow-through • AI-driven mindset — actively uses AI and automation tools • Prior experience in an administrative, operations, consulting, or business support role; startup experience is a strong plus • Willingness to complete the A-Players Startup Training Program as part of the onboarding and development process
