📋 Description

• Build and evolve user-facing features across Restream’s web products • Design and implement frontend architecture, UI components, and business logic for new and existing functionality • Work closely with Product and Design to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences • Take ownership of features from technical design through implementation and release • Contribute to code reviews and engineering standards across the team • Improve frontend reliability, maintainability, and performance as the product scales • Explore new technologies and identify opportunities to improve the product and engineering environment • Contribute to the quality and direction of the product beyond individual tickets • Challenge ideas constructively and collaborate to build great products

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript • Deep production experience with React and modern frontend architecture • Experience working with frontend state management systems • Strong understanding of modern ECMAScript and browser technologies • Experience with CSS preprocessors such as LESS or SASS • Enough backend knowledge to comfortably work with Node.js, REST APIs, and relational or NoSQL databases • Experience working in modern engineering environments using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and continuous deployment • Strong attention to product quality, UX, and implementation details • Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teammates • Experience with additional programming languages or broader full-stack development is a plus
