• Monitor client systems using SIEM tools • Review incidents and alerts to identify positivity and severity • Resolve alerts according to defined procedures • Escalate complex alerts to N2 analysts • Classify and register generated alerts • Define alert-resolution priorities • Analyze data and report on defined alerts to optimize the SOC • Participate in projects improving SOC processes and client environments • Contribute to the proactive evolution of detection, automation, and response capabilities • Collaborate with SIEM Engineering, Threat Hunting, and automation specialists
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or another technical university degree • Cybersecurity training through certifications such as Security+, CySA+, or eJPT, specialized courses, or a proven self-taught path • Demonstrable experience and interest in cybersecurity, not necessarily workplace experience • High level of Spanish is a significant plus • Legal accreditation or status to operate as a Service Provider (Freelance/Contractor) • Multidisciplinary profile with adaptability to new challenges and strong desire to learn
• Training using company platforms and internal methodologies • Talent initiatives to boost talent and professional profile • 23 days of vacation per year included within the Service Provider contract • 12 public holidays per year included within the Service Provider contract • Flexible schedule of 4–8 hours daily and 3–5 days per week
