📋 Description

• Perform residential property inspections in accordance with applicable Standards of Practice • Inspect structural, exterior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, insulation, ventilation, and interior systems and components • Identify, document, and communicate material defects and significant observations • Prepare accurate, complete, and timely inspection reports • Capture clear photographs supporting inspection findings • Explain inspection findings professionally to clients and their representatives • Maintain assigned inspection equipment, vehicles, tools, and technology • Maintain required licenses, certifications, and continuing education • Deliver an exceptional client experience consistent with AA Home Inspection's Mission, Vision, and Core Values • Represent AA Home Inspection with professionalism, integrity, and courtesy

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with computers, tablets, mobile devices, and inspection software • Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules • Professional appearance and positive attitude • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate preferred • Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) certification preferred • Previous residential home inspection experience preferred • Familiar with Scribeware Reporting Software preferred
