📋 Description
• Proactively contact current customers to schedule bi-annual appointments. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment schedules. • Collaborate with team members and leaders to meet scheduling goals and targets. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during the scheduling process.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
