📋 Description

• Requirements Engineering: Elicit, analyze and document requirements, design use cases, and support implementation in the system. • Process and organizational consulting: Analyze, optimize and implement business processes with a focus on digitization, automation, customer experience, workflow optimization and agile organizational structures. • Independent project leadership: Lead client projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, quality and budget targets are met. • Innovation and business development: Identify new opportunities, develop innovative solutions and actively help shape the consulting portfolio. • Strategic advisory: Support the development of forward-looking concepts.

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational training as an insurance clerk and/or a degree in a relevant field, e.g. Business Administration (BWL), Business Informatics, Insurance / Risk & Insurance, Industrial Engineering or comparable programs with a focus on insurance. • 3–5 years of experience as a Requirements Engineer in the insurance environment, ideally with a focus on private health insurance. • Knowledge of Requirements Engineering / requirements management (IREB) and experience in Business Process Management (BPM), digitization, workflow and input management or Lean Management. • Ability to design complex insurance processes efficiently and implement them sustainably. • Independence & initiative: Work independently, organize projects autonomously and proactively contribute ideas. • Empathy & consultative approach: Understand clients’ needs, provide partnership-based advice and build trusting relationships. • Creativity & solution orientation: Find and successfully implement innovative solutions for complex challenges. • Flexibility & mobility: Comfortable working remotely (up to 100% working time) and willing to travel to client sites. • Digital competence: Proficient with MS Office and digital tools for project management and presentations.
