📋 Description

• Work on the implementation, support and evolution of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Employee Central (EC) and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP) • Configure and parameterize solutions according to client requirements • Elicit, analyze and validate requirements with business stakeholders • Perform analysis and resolution of incidents and enhancement requests • Support functional testing, user acceptance and deployment of new features • Work on integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems • Prepare functional documentation and support user training • Ensure the application of SAP SuccessFactors solution best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support projects • Solid knowledge of Employee Central (EC) and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP) • Experience with HR processes (Core HR, Payroll and Talent Management) • Experience in requirements gathering, configuration and testing • Good communication skills and ease interacting with business areas • SAP SuccessFactors certification • Experience with Talent modules such as Talent, Performance & Goals, Recruiting or Learning • Experience in rollout projects • Knowledge of integrations using SAP Integration Suite, CPI or APIs • Experience with agile methodologies
