📋 Description

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP QM solutions. • Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP Quality Management processes. • Support quality processes • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand quality-related requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement. • Support SAP QM integration with other SAP modules, particularly MM, PP, WM/EWM, and SD. • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical development teams when required. • Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. • Support system implementation, enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. • Prepare process documentation, configuration documentation, and user training materials. • Ensure that SAP QM processes comply with pharmaceutical quality standards and regulatory requirements. • Work effectively with international and cross-functional project teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 5–6 years of professional experience as an SAP QM Consultant • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management configuration and business processes • Previous experience working within the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory • Understanding of regulated quality environments and pharmaceutical business processes • Experience with SAP QM integration with other SAP modules • Ability to analyse business requirements and convert them into functional SAP solutions • Experience preparing functional documentation and supporting testing activities • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate with international stakeholders • Fluent English skills is required. • You should be based in Brazil or Argentina.
