📋 Description

• Manage the lifecycle of software development and systems integration projects, tracking scope, schedules, deadlines, quality, and delivery milestones • Orchestrate the day-to-day operations of multidisciplinary Development, QA, UX/UI, and Architecture squads using Scrum and Kanban • Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, Product Owners, business leaders, and Operations teams • Manage scope changes, technical dependencies, risks, and impediments • Support the resolution of challenges related to integrations with SAP, legacy systems, and technology environments • Prepare and present executive status reports, performance indicators, and project tracking dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher • Solid experience as an IT Project Manager, particularly on software development projects and complex integrations • Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and project management concepts (PMBOK/PMI) • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), microservices, cloud architecture, and integrations with enterprise ERP systems such as SAP • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project • Experience with Power BI or tools for building dashboards and management reports • Preferred: Experience in global corporate environments and projects involving governance and international schedules • Preferred: Experience with projects involving B2B/D2C digital platforms, APIs, cloud, and microservices
