📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end software implementation projects, from initiation through closure. • Develop and monitor project schedules, action plans, and milestones. • Manage project scope, timelines, costs, quality, and risks. • Coordinate resources and allocate professionals according to project requirements. • Prioritize activities and ensure the appropriate direction of the teams involved. • Lead progress meetings with clients and internal stakeholders. • Monitor project performance indicators and status. • Manage changes and mitigate risks. • Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivered outcomes. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project management. • Prepare executive reports and progress presentations. • Lead corporate software implementation projects for public-sector clients, ensuring scope, timelines, costs, quality, and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed. • Experience in project management across all phases, from planning through control and closure. • Experience managing resources and budgets. • Knowledge of predictive and agile project management methodologies. • Experience with project management tools. • Experience with software and/or ERP implementation projects. • Strong project planning, tracking, and organizational skills. • Experience with change management and risk management. • Basic knowledge of information technology. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Experience within a formal PMO structure is a plus. • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus. • Certifications in project management or agile methodologies are a plus. • Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar) are a plus. • Experience with the Lyceum system is a plus. • Experience in the education sector is a plus. • Knowledge of digital transformation and process management is a plus. • Advanced English proficiency is a plus. • Strong negotiation, clear communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
