• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers, understanding their requirements and articulating how Portnox's solutions can address their challenges. • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and propose tailored solutions that meet specific customer needs. • Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs, preparing technical proposals, and providing technical input during the sales cycle. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives and technical environments. • Provide technical training and support to customers, partners, and internal sales personnel to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Portnox solutions. • Communicate customer feedback and insights to product management and engineering teams to inform product development and enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales engineering or similar technical role, preferably within the cybersecurity or network access control domain. • Cybersecurity experience required. • Proficiency in network security concepts, including authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) services. • Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and solutions. • Experience with zero trust security frameworks and network access control solutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing customer challenges. • Willingness to travel as needed to support sales activities and customer engagements. • Experience with Portnox or similar network access control solutions (preferred). • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, or equivalent (preferred). • Experience working with cloud platforms and services (preferred).
