📋 Description

• Maintain and develop communication with current partners across Romania • Attract potential public and private school partners through calls, emails, and online meetings with decision-makers • Present products and educational programs • Negotiate and conclude partnership agreements • Keep partner information accurate and up to date • Represent the company at educational exhibitions, seminars, and other events • Expand the partner network and achieve measurable business goals in the Romanian market • Attend team meetings, manager reviews, and training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Romanian • Working-level English or Russian • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, partnership management, or education • Experience working with schools, educational institutions, or the public sector is a plus • Understanding of the Romanian education system and business customs • Tech-savvy with tools such as Google Workspace, CRM, and chat platforms • Proactive, self-organized, and comfortable working fully remotely • Stress-resistant and able to manage long sales cycles with multi-level decision-making • Contacts and acquaintances in the Romanian educational environment are an additional plus • Willingness to take occasional business trips within Romania
