📋 Description

• Coordinate global mobility initiatives across ABB at team and global levels • Support the global mobility strategy within a designated geography or specialist area • Serve as the single point of contact and case manager for assignees and the business • Provide end-to-end support and guidance across all aspects of assignment management • Handle allocated international assignment cases fairly and equitably • Manage first-line policy exceptions, interpretations, and position evaluations • Initiate and follow through on immigration, relocation, tax, and related services and processes • Analyze, interpret, and summarize complex global mobility information • Communicate global mobility information clearly to HR Business Partners, line managers, and other stakeholders • Support creation and delivery of training and coaching on policies, standards, and programs

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of HR experience • Direct experience managing global mobility matters ideally • Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating across diverse cultures • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and strong partnerships • Strong organization, planning, and decision-making capabilities • Ability to manage tight deadlines in a delivery-focused environment • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest confidentiality and professionalism • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential • Additional language skills are an advantage • Bachelor’s degree preferred
