• Develop, implement and manage the account(s) strategy focused on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction • Coordinate the sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems • Shape sales strategy and account plans by aligning customer business goals with NextEra/FPL objectives • Set and drive achievement of sales targets, manage volume/mix/profitability, and implement recovery plans when needed • Serve as the primary customer contact, lead negotiations, resolve claims, and collaborate with Inside Sales and District Sales to enhance satisfaction and operational efficiency • Maintain deep knowledge of customer drivers, competitive activity, and market trends to inform strategy, create value, and coordinate internal resources for tailored solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Sales, and/or Marketing • Sales/Business Development experience working with clients in the utilities and/or energy markets • Understanding of customer and company’s organizational structure • Strong business acumen / sense to determine when escalation is required • Anticipates roadblocks and alerts internal & external stakeholders appropriately • Fosters teamwork that drives collaboration and teamwork • Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic travel) • Strong customer relationship skills • Exceptional analytical skills and leadership abilities.
