📋 Description

• Lead installation, commissioning, and lifecycle maintenance of integrated microgrid systems across LV/MV networks. • Act as on-site SME for power electronics (inverters, converters, transformers, protection/control systems). • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and safety training to engineers and field technicians. • Commission and validate MV/LV infrastructure, including switchgear, relays, and grid interconnections. • Conduct advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis across electrical and control systems. • Execute preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on BESS, PV, EV, and LV/MV equipment. • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, LOTO, permits, and all regulatory and company requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ BESS technician experience. • Hands-on experience with microgrids, BESS, solar PV, and EV charging systems. • Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, protection schemes, and power electronics. • Proven experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and field service in complex energy environments. • Skilled in preventive and corrective maintenance of BESS equipment. • Proficient in reading electrical schematics, protection studies, and technical documentation. • Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in dynamic field environments with minimal supervision.
