📋 Description

• Lead the execution of medium-large size projects • Ensure project activities comply with company procedures, contracts, technical specifications, quality standards, health, safety and environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and milestones • Ensure execution best practices and ABB policies are followed • Ensure proactive risk mitigation • Monitor and control project financials, invoicing status, costs, expenses, and cash flow • Apply contract and claims management according to ABB policies and contractual agreements • Act as key customer contact and escalation point for project issues • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders • Lead project team members to achieve requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet committed project results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or similar (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing) • Experience in electrification market • 7+ years of experience in Project Management in manufacturing industry • Knowledge of financial concepts and contract management • Knowledge of PMI and Project Management Tools • SAP knowledge • Advanced English required • Open to travel 60% National and International • Valid USA VISA (Preferred)
