📋 Description

• Develop and retain a portfolio of distributor clients by implementing commercial action plans within the assigned territory • Act as the primary point of contact for distributors, manage commercial relationships and identify development opportunities • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, support product launches and grow strategic accounts • Promote the brand across the distribution network: participate in trade shows, commercial events and product showcases • Train and support distributors' sales teams on solutions and products • Manage commercial activity via the CRM, monitor performance, contribute to customer satisfaction and handle any disputes

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business with a strong electrotechnical background • Proven experience in a similar role within a distribution or industrial environment • Proficiency in English • Comfortable with IT and digital tools (CRM, sales tracking tools, proposal development)
