📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents and customer inquiries through the Remedy case management system • Provide on-site support for customers across Norway, both onshore and offshore • Troubleshoot and restore complex control systems in critical operational environments • Perform proactive system health checks to improve reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction • Contribute to projects ranging from minor system modifications to larger implementation and upgrade activities • Collaborate with engineers based in Bergen and Hammerfest, customers, and project teams • Support customers with remote incident resolution, field service, and project work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience • Solid experience with ABB 800xA and/or Advant/Safeguard systems • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and fault-finding capabilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Willingness to travel approximately 20-50% as part of the role • Professional proficiency in English
