📋 Description

• Lead Tier 2 Architecture end-to-end Business Solution Design and coordinate development and implementation at multinational, regional, or global function level • Lead project execution in accordance with company procedures, cybersecurity regulations and standards, project objectives, quality standards, safety requirements, and cost and scheduling targets • Lead project teams, define guidelines, allocate tasks, motivate and monitor internal and external resources • Coach, develop, and provide feedback to project team members • Ensure projects follow ABB methodology, internal directives, procedures, and the ABB Gate Model • Develop and gain approval for project business cases • Develop project charters and MS Project plans • Organize, monitor, and control activities, stage gates, resources, costs, financials, risks, and opportunities • Formalize project acceptance, conclude activities, and prepare handover documentation and training • Manage consultancy partners and solution integrators • Plan and track project activities and deliver projects on time • Serve as key stakeholder contact and escalation point • Develop and apply stakeholder management and change management plans • Identify and plan document deliverables with the NewGen PMO • Track document progress and follow up on overdue comments from the NewGen PMO and Gate Assessors

🎯 Requirements

• +15 years of experience in leading the execution of internal strategic business projects at multinational, regional, or global function level, using internal and/or third-party resources • Proven project management practice and experience • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Proven ability to work in international teams • Certification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, SAFe), or ABB Program PM Certified according to 2YAD100055 IS Function Standard_IS Project Manager Certification • Preferably already based in Europe from a collaboration perspective
