📋 Description

• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers • Advise and support customers on all service-related matters • Identify potential for additional service business • Develop solution concepts for the conversion and modernization of existing switchgear and components • Continuously monitor and analyze market and competitive conditions • Consistently follow up on quotations and support the associated contract negotiations • Support and advise colleagues during project planning and execution • Acquire service projects in the field of power transmission and distribution across the Eastern German market

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power Engineering; alternatively, a technical qualification or master craftsman's certificate in Electrical Engineering • Several years of professional experience in sales or a sales-related role, ideally in the service sector • Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage • Fluent German and good English skills • Strong customer and market orientation, excellent negotiation skills, and outstanding communication abilities • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 85%
