📋 Description

• Provide technical and commercial support to new and existing customers in Germany and abroad • Analyze customer requirements • Develop technical solutions and prepare quotations • Present products and automation concepts • Coordinate internal interfaces • Work closely with Engineering and Service • Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry through order fulfillment • Support customers from technical consulting and quotation preparation through successful project completion • Develop new business and actively contribute to business growth

🎯 Requirements

• Strong sales and customer service skills • Expertise in sales engineering and technical support • Completed degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or automation engineering), or an equivalent qualification • Experience in B2B sales of technical capital goods is an advantage • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Willingness to travel as required • Very good command of German • Good command of English • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office
