📋 Description

• Provide expert support and advice on the use of Abbott’s CRM portfolio within north-western Poland • Promote Abbott product lines through professional and technical support to medical and sales personnel • Answer technical questions from field or internal sources and report them to competent Abbott authorities • Attend implants and follow-ups • Support issues related to high-voltage and low-voltage Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices • Provide clinical consultation, teaching, and support on CRM products and their appropriate clinical application • Maintain current technical knowledge of therapies, technologies, and competitor devices • Develop a general understanding of the country healthcare market • Provide technical support to the CRM salesforce • Conduct product presentations • Perform stand duty at exhibitions when requested • Respond to technical questions from EMEA or customers

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a science related field preferred (biomedical engineering, physics, clinical nursing or similar) • Ideally electrophysiology/cardiac rhythm management or equivalent clinical experience • Cardiac anatomy and physiology knowledge considered an asset • Very good command of English and Polish, written and spoken • Strong problem-solving capabilities and customer-focus • Willingness to travel on a daily basis • Ability to work autonomously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Active category B driving license
