• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent • 10+ years of progressively more responsible medical device or related sales experience • 3+ years of demonstrated experience at an executive leadership/managerial level • Advanced credential, such as an MBA in a relevant discipline/concentration preferred • Experienced in Cardiology • Thorough understanding of hospital systems • Ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong leadership skills • Expertise in verbal and written communication
