• Successfully complete Abbott’s internal training plan covering hemodynamics, ECG, angiography, echocardiography, CT imaging modalities, case support, and proctor delegate authorizations • Provide active commercial case support and demonstrate excellence in procedural success rates and patient outcomes • Scrub in sterile and provide TAVI valve loading during procedures and customer training • Provide customers with CT valve sizing analysis using the Pie Medical 3Mensio CT program • Lead customer didactic education sessions for account activation before first implants • Lead pre-case planning and post-procedure debriefing for heart teams • Provide ongoing education as requested to maintain proper in-service levels • Manage commercial inventory acquisition and field trunk stock • Provide documentation for quality assurance initiatives • Co-develop the commercial business plan for the assigned region with the Territory Manager • Enter data into Salesforce and Mentor software for customer case support management • Navigate hospital environments, participate in cathlab procedures, and support healthcare professionals during device implantation
• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or equivalent • MBA desirable • Fluency in English and Spanish required • Minimum of 3 years of clinical roles in the medical device/equipment area • Experience in a similar role as a Clinical Specialist or Product Specialist in medical devices • Ability to travel 50% of the time • Experience with hemodynamics, ECG, angiography, echocardiography, and CT imaging modalities through required internal training • Ability to use Pie Medical 3Mensio CT program • Ability to use Salesforce and Mentor software for customer case support management
