📋 Description

• Provide medical and clinical customer support in close coordination with regional team and sales leadership • Provide guidance and support during electrophysiology examinations and procedures, including case support • Increase the use of Abbott products during procedures • Present new Abbott products and demonstrate potential applications • Initiate customer training sessions and workshops to ensure optimal use of the EnSite System • Initiate studies together with customers and the clinical studies department • Troubleshoot system issues, with support from internal technicians or specialists where necessary • Take hospital-specific processes into account • Support campaigns and product trials in accordance with Marketing Department guidelines • Represent the Abbott organization at national congresses and training events

🎯 Requirements

• Training or qualification in a scientific, medical, or technical profession; a university degree is not necessarily required • Initial professional experience in clinical roles is advantageous • General knowledge of medical technology and/or medicine • Good command of English • Good IT skills • Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, strong self-organization, a high degree of empathy, and technical aptitude • Composed manner and ability to work effectively as part of a team • Unrestricted availability to travel, including at short notice • Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time
