📋 Description

• Asegurar el resultado de ventas mediante la promoción médica, el uso adecuado de herramientas y la implementación de estrategias de negocio. • Lograr la ejecución impecable de las estrategias de marketing a nivel distrital. • Organizar, planear y supervisar el trabajo de los representantes asignados al distrito. • Asegurar las ventas mensuales y anuales por producto mediante planes de acción territoriales. • Impulsar la generación de demanda a través de la prescripción médica. • Desarrollar al personal a cargo mediante planes de acción individuales y la plataforma LMS. • Asegurar los indicadores de productividad en cobertura, frecuencia y penetración de mercado. • Asegurar la capacitación en conocimientos y técnicas de ventas. • Mantener la calidad de los ficheros médicos y de farmacias.

🎯 Requirements

• Titulado (indispensable) en Licenciatura Áreas Económico-Administrativas, Químico-Biológicas, Humanidades. • Idioma Inglés intermedio. • Manejo de Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • 3 años en el puesto como Gerente de distrito. • Disponibilidad para viajar. • Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo.
