📋 Description
• 每周保证 4.5 天的正常拜访时间，每天进行不少于 12 人的面对面有效拜访 • 正确覆盖并保持 A、B 级客户的拜访频率 • 每月至少一次拜访固定区域内重要医院的主管院长、药剂科主任、药事委员会成员及重要学科带头人 • 每周至少召开一次产品介绍会，扩大医生对产品的了解 • 根据公司指标规划负责区域，每周跟踪进度以完成目标 • 合理规划负责区域内医院，定期更新客户科室信息并拓展区域业务 • 根据预算和市场情况提出市场活动费用预申请，经批准后支出，并在费用发生 3 周内递交 DM • 根据市场部产品策略和区域情况制定产品发育计划及重点产品发育计划，尤其关注新产品 • 参加每周产品知识讲解并定期考试 • 在实地有效使用业务技巧，提高有效拜访效率 • 每天在区域内进行 8 小时的有效拜访工作 • 保持公司及客户在每日 8:00 至 22:00 前可通过手机联系 • 管理报表 • 遵守法律法规、商业行为规范及公司各项政策
🎯 Requirements
• 每周保证 4.5 天的正常拜访时间 • 每天面对面有效拜访人数不少于 12 人 • 每天在区域内保证 8 小时有效拜访工作 • 每日 8:00 至 22:00 前保持手机开机并确保公司及客户可联系 • 能够覆盖并维护 A、B 级客户 • 能够拜访医院主管院长、药剂科主任、药事委员会成员及重要学科带头人 • 能够组织产品介绍会并向医生介绍产品 • 能够进行区域规划、客户科室信息更新及业务拓展 • 能够按照预算和审批流程管理市场活动费用 • 能够制定产品发育计划，特别是新产品计划 • 遵守法律法规、商业行为规范及公司政策
