📋 Description
• 日常拜访医院及客户，确保 A、B 级客户覆盖率和拜访频率 • 拜访固定区域内重要医院的关键决策者和学科带头人 • 每周召开产品介绍会，扩大医生对产品的了解 • 根据公司指标规划负责区域，并每周跟踪进度以完成目标 • 合理规划负责区域内医院，定期更新客户科室信息并拓展区域业务 • 根据预算和市场情况申请、管理市场活动费用，并在费用发生 3 周内提交报销/费用报告 • 根据市场部产品策略制定产品及重点产品发展计划，尤其关注新产品发展 • 参加每周产品知识讲解和定期考试 • 在实地有效运用业务技巧，提高拜访效率 • 管理报表 • 遵守法律法规、商业行为规范及公司政策
🎯 Requirements
• 能够每周保证 4.5 天的正常拜访时间 • 每天面对面有效拜访人数不少于 12 人 • 保证对 A、B 级客户的正确覆盖率和拜访频率 • 每月至少一次拜访固定区域内重要医院的主管院长、药剂科主任、药事委员会成员和重要学科带头人 • 每周至少召开一次产品介绍会 • 每日保证在区域内进行 8 小时的有效拜访工作 • 保持每天 8:00 至 22:00 期间手机开机，以确保公司及客户能够联系到 • 遵守法律法规、商业行为规范以及公司的各项政策
