• Theo dõi và thực hiện các chương trình Trade Marketing (cho Shop và người tiêu dùng) • Kiểm tra hoạt động của PGs ở thị trường • Động viên và hỗ trợ nhân viên phát huy tối đa khả năng làm việc • Đề xuất tuyển dụng nhân sự và huấn luyện công việc ở thị trường • Thăm viếng và tạo mối quan hệ với khách hàng • Phối hợp với các nhóm sale để triển khai hoạt động của công ty
🎯 Requirements
• Theo dõi và thực hiện các chương trình Trade Marketing • Đánh giá và xác định đúng tiềm năng PGs cho nhân sự công ty • Động viên và hỗ trợ nhân viên phát huy tối đa khả năng làm việc • Sắp xếp lịch làm việc của PGs • Kiểm tra hoạt động của PGs ở thị trường • Đề xuất tuyển dụng nhân sự và huấn luyện công việc ở thị trường • Thăm viếng và tạo mối quan hệ với khách hàng • Cập nhật hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh • Phối hợp với các nhóm sale để triển khai hoạt động của công ty
